Refund and Return Policy
Items bought may be returned and/or refunded by the buyer, subjected to the discretion and approval of Melrose Watches management team, given the following conditions:
- No exchanges/refunds on free items.
- Request(s) for returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery (all free products may be excluded.)
- All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of its parts and tags.
- Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on the sole discretion of Melrose Watches management team.
- Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders and the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after shipment of the item(s).
- The return fee will solely be rendered by the buyer
- The customer is entitled to a reshipment or refund if the order is still undelivered after 55 business days from the time the order was picked up by the carrier.
- All returns and cancellation requests must be sent to Melrosewatches@gmail.com only and you will receive a response from our management team within 24-48 hours.Please do not return product to manufacturer, but contact Melrose Watches at email address above for return instructions. If item(s) are returned to manufacturer without Melrose Watches's consent, this will void a refund and/or exchange, no exceptions.
- The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of the firm.
- Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the 7 to 10 business days of Melrose Watches processing time, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Please Note: All orders with more than 3 free items will be cancelled, and a refund issued if applicable.
- All free items has shipping cost, if for any reason shipping cost hasn't been applied or wasn't applied correctly after order has been placed, order will be cancelled by Melrose Watches management and customer will be contacted and/or sent order cancellation email. Customer will be refunded, if applicable.
